Marisol Design is committed to complete customer satisfaction. If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the telephone for any reason at all; Marisol Design will refund that purchase within 15 days from the original purchase date. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box.

Please insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Marisol Design is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Please mail the package to the address below and confirm that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package.

Marisol Design will process your return upon receipt of the package. Marisol Design must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 15-day period.

If the recipient of the products indicated in the order form is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the amount paid for returned items shall be refunded to the individual who made the payment.

The value date for the credit shall be the same as the value date of the original debit.

Marisol design is not responsible for currency fluctuations that occur when issuing refunds to a credit or debit card denominated in a currency other than Euros. Bank charges are not refundable.

In the event that your return does not comply with the return policy, you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount already paid to Marisol Design; nevertheless, you shall be entitled, at your own expense, to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to Marisol Design L.L.C. If you do not wish to receive the products in the conditions in which they were sent back to Marisol Design L.L.C., Marisol Design L.L.C. shall be entitled to keep the products and withhold the amount already received.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange Policy

All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any item may be exchanged within 30 days. Shipping costs will be deducted form the amount of the exchange.

Local Return Policy:

If you decide to return an in-store purchase made for any reason, we will issue a full store credit for that purchase within 30 days from the original purchase date.

All of our shipments will be delivered using USPS service.
You will have 2 options: 

Handling Time:
For items that are in stock, we will need 3 to 5 days to process your order.
All custom orders will be shipped the following day your order is completed.
All items will be shipped using Federal Express. 

Restrictions:
All orders must be shipped to a residence or business address with a valid signature upon delivery. No other exceptions allowed.

Limited Warranty:

Marisol Design’ guarantee is simple and straightforward. If something is wrong due to faulty workmanship, we take care of it. It’s a fair way of doing business. That being said, precious metals erode and stones can become damaged over time. When normal wear occurs, repairs can be done in house by the designer at the normal repair fee. Any work performed by a jeweler other than Marisol Design automatically voids the warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage not covered by the warranty.
